He has contributed a vital part in the formation of three diverse ventures in the advertising and entertainment industries.  He has excelled in diverse activities in his spheres of concern that helped him to make escalation in business a reality. He founded Black and White creations Pvt Ltd an exclusive advertising company for railway advertisements which turned a major medium of advertising, nowadays. It was even honored by the ‘LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS’ for being the first advertising agency in India to execute a railway advertising campaign for a political party. Mr. Anwar, who was an active film personality behind the camera long ago, never gave up his aesthetic traits and still pursues creative innovations in diverse spheres of activities.

Sajinas Saleem is a renowned Indian fashion designer and winner in many beauty pageants like Beauty and Bold -Second Runner-up, Mrs. Global -Subtitle winner, Mrs.South India -Subtitle winner and Mrs.Kerala- Title winner. She has her family roots in Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala, India. She was born and brought up in Dubai and received great exposure to the world of art and culture which later paved the way for fashion and beauty pageant industries. Her parents were from the conservative backgrounds and Sajinas too was brought up on conservative values and principles. After her schooling, she has acquired Masters Degree in Business Administration followed by a specialization in Fashion Designing. It is vivid that her educational qualifications have truly made a way in her life through which she has been walking towards her dreams. She always proudly comments on the enormous support of her husband (Sajan Cadiri) as she believes that he is the real man behind her success who set wings to her dreams.
